Cancellation/Refund Policy

Customers can cancel their order and request a refund within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via email at care@redskull-nutrition.com.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If customers receive a defective or incorrect item, they must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition or if the return is requested outside of our policy.
